Pay within 14 days

When you choose Klarna invoice as your payment method, your transaction is safe and easy.

  • You always receive your ordered products before you pay for them
  • Payment term is 14 days
  • You do not need to provide credit card information
  • You can view the invoice at klarna.fi

If you are a consumer, you also have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Please note that the right of return does not apply to all products and services, such as airline tickets, leisure services agreed for a specific time, or goods manufactured or modified according to your specifications.

When you choose invoice as your payment method, Klarna pays the price of the order to the online store at the time of purchase and the right to the receivable transfers to Klarna. In case of late payment, Klarna will charge a reminder fee of €5.00 and default interest in accordance with the Interest Act.

Klarna checks the customer's creditworthiness at the time of purchase, which in some cases may also mean checking credit information.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Klarna uses personal data for customer analysis, personal identification, credit assessment and marketing purposes. The personal identification number is used as the consumer's customer number for customer administration reasons. Read Klarna's data protection statement if you need more information on how Klarna processes personal data.

Buy now, pay in a month

Buy now and get at least 33 days of interest-free payment time. You only pay an activation fee of €3.99 for each campaign invoice (purchase). The payment period is calculated from the day the store sends your purchase.

On the due date, you can either pay the entire purchase without interest or start paying in installments monthly with 22% interest. We also charge a handling fee of €3.95/month for all single-use credits that you pay in monthly installments (i.e., we charge a maximum of one handling fee/month).

The due date is stated on the monthly invoice, which will be sent to you either by post or email.

Klarna's campaign invoice is a single-use credit.

Example: If you make a purchase at the beginning of April and pay the entire purchase by the due date in June, the effective annual interest rate for a single-use credit of €500 with a €3.99 activation fee is 4.88%. If, instead, you make a purchase at the end of April and pay the entire purchase by the due date, the effective annual interest rate is 10.01%. The total cost of the single-use credit in both cases is €503.99 (if you pay the entire purchase by the due date).

If, on the due date, you instead start paying in installments, you will pay at least 1% of the remaining debt monthly, i.e., the smaller minimum amount indicated on the monthly invoice. For example, for a purchase of €1000 paid in 12 equal monthly installments of €98, the effective annual interest rate is 34.64% and the total cost of the credit is €1171.

Further information: Klarna will perform a credit check in connection with your credit application and approve the application by sending the credit agreement by email (or to your home address, if this is your first purchase or some time has passed since your previous purchase with Klarna).

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service by calling 09-425 99 771. Our customer service is open on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm.

Flexible installment payment

When you choose a flexible installment payment, you decide yourself at what pace you want to pay for your purchases (starting from 1/24 of the remaining amount, but at least EUR 5.00/month). This means that

  • You receive the products you ordered before you pay
  • You never have to provide your credit card details
  • You can pay off the entire balance at once at any time

When you pay at least 1/24 monthly (but always at least EUR 5) for a flexible installment payment, the loan interest is 19.90%, and no other fees are charged for the credit. The effective annual interest rate and the total cost of the credit are indicated at the online store's checkout.

When you choose a flexible installment payment, Klarna sends a monthly invoice at the end of each month, stating the minimum amount to be paid. If you have several installment payments with Klarna simultaneously, all purchases are consolidated into the same monthly invoice.

You can change to a smaller monthly installment payment plan at any time, in which case you pay only 1% of the remaining debt monthly. You can do this by paying the smaller minimum amount indicated on the monthly invoice. The loan interest will then be 22.00% for the remaining credit. In addition, a handling fee of €3.95 will be charged monthly. However, you will only pay one handling fee per month regardless of the number of purchases. For example, for a purchase of €1000.00 paid in 12 equal monthly installments of €98.00, the effective annual interest rate is 34.64% and the total cost of the credit is €1171.00.

When you apply for the right to pay for your purchases in installments, you apply for a single-use credit from Klarna. In connection with the application, Klarna will perform a credit check and approve the application by sending the credit agreement by email (or to your home address, if this is your first purchase or some time has passed since your previous purchase with Klarna).
