Delivery terms

We deliver orders via Posti (Finnish Post). We ship orders as soon as possible after receiving payment, usually within 1–3 business days.

The delivery times announced by Posti are estimates, and they are calculated from when the shipment is received for transport by Posti. According to Posti, the delivery time for a Postipaketti (parcel) within Finland is usually 1–3 business days. A Pikkupaketti ovelle (small parcel to door) is delivered according to Posti within five business days.

Orders under 50 €

Letter to home 4,90 €
An affordable delivery method for small shipments. The shipment is delivered to your mailbox or mail slot. No tracking available.

Small parcel to door 6,90 €
Tracked delivery to your home. The shipment is delivered to your mailbox, mail slot, or behind the door if it doesn't fit in the mailbox.

Posti parcel to pick-up point 8,90 €
Tracked delivery to a Posti pick-up point or parcel locker. At checkout, you can choose either a pick-up point designated by Posti or one of the available pick-up point options.

Orders over 50 €

For orders over 50 €, delivery is free of charge.

Small parcel to door 0 € (order up to 50 euros)
Tracked delivery to your home. The shipment is delivered to your mailbox, mail slot, or behind the door if it doesn't fit in the mailbox.

Posti parcel to pick-up point 0 €
Tracked delivery to a Posti pick-up point or parcel locker. At checkout, you can choose either a pick-up point designated by Posti or one of the available pick-up point options.

Please note! The pick-up location for insured shipments is determined by Posti, and unfortunately, we cannot influence it. Shipments are usually directed to the nearest possible Posti service point, which may not necessarily be the one shown at the checkout stage. Gold jewelry is often sent as insured mail.

We reserve the right to send small shipments as letters to home and shipments larger than the maximum dimensions of a parcel locker to a post office.

Alternatively, you can request delivery to our Helsinki store. In the store, you can examine the product at your leisure and then make a final purchase decision.

Jewelry has a 14-day free return policy. Exceptions are items for which a size change or engraving is ordered. These do not have a right of return. If an order under 50 euros is returned, we will refund no more than the delivery fee corresponding to the most affordable standard delivery method from the original delivery fee.

We only ship jewelry within Finland.
