Delivery terms
Once payment has been received, we will send the ordered items to the customer. Free shipping within Finland for orders over 50 euros. For deliveries under 50 euros, we charge 4.90-8.90 euros.
- For shipments under 50 euros, we send them as a Posti letter directly to your home (without tracking) or to a pick-up point.
- For shipments between 50 and 250 euros, they are sent as a small parcel to your home or as a postal package to a pick-up point.
- For deliveries over 250 euros, we send them either as a postal package or insured mail.
Please note! The pick-up location for insured mail is determined by Posti, and unfortunately, we cannot influence it. Shipments are usually directed to the nearest available Posti service point, which may not be the one found during checkout.
We reserve the right to send small shipments as letters to your home and shipments larger than the maximum dimensions of a parcel locker to the post office.
The product will be delivered within the opening hours of the store. We aim to deliver the product as quickly as possible, often on the same or next day. During busy periods, deliveries may take a couple of days.
Alternatively, you can request delivery to our Helsinki store. In the store, you can examine the product at your leisure and then make a final purchase decision.
Jewellery has a 14-day free return policy. Exceptions are items for which a size change or engraving is ordered. These do not have a right of return. For orders under 50 euros, we do not refund shipping costs.
