Free delivery to Finland for orders over 50 euros. For deliveries under 50 euros, we charge 4.90 euros.

You can order pickup from a store in Helsinki or Espoo. There you can calmly examine the product and then make your final purchase decision. Pickup is, of course, free.

The product will be delivered during the store's opening hours. From Helsinki, we deliver products every weekday. From Espoo, we deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We aim to deliver the product as quickly as possible, often even on the same day. During Christmas, deliveries may be delayed by 1-2 days.

Shipments under 50 euros are sent via Posti as a letter directly to your home.

Shipments between 50-199 euros are sent as registered mail.

Deliveries over 200 euros are sent with postal insurance.

You can check the location of your shipment using the Posti tracking code.

We only deliver jewelry to Finland.

The product page indicates whether the ring's size can be altered. If there is no mention of this on the product page, then unfortunately the size cannot be altered. Generally, the problem is that altering the size would loosen the diamonds and/or significantly change the appearance of the piece.

On the product page, there is a link next to the text about size alteration. Clicking on it allows you to purchase a suitable size alteration. The ring's product page states the maximum amount by which the size can be altered.

Rings that have undergone a size alteration are not eligible for returns.

Engraving is available for rings where the maximum engraving length is specified. We are happy to assist with engraving matters. You can therefore safely order the ring from the online store and arrange the engraving details later with customer service.

Rings that are engraved are not eligible for return.

Products have a 14-day return policy. Exceptions include items for which a size change or engraving is ordered. These items do not have a right of return. The seal on the piece of jewelry must be intact for the jewelry to be returned.
