Right of return

Under Section 15 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product must be in essentially the same condition as when it was received. The customer may inspect the product in the same way as they would in a store. Please return the product carefully packed. Use the original packaging if you still have it.

The right of return does not apply to products that have been made or modified according to the customer’s individual request, such as engraved products or rings resized at the customer’s request.

Return process:

1. Notify us of your return by email at asiakaspalvelu@caratia.fi or by calling customer service at +358 44 989 7620. You can also request a return easily directly from the customer pages. Please send the request by email if you are unable to submit the return request through the customer pages.

2. Wait for approval. You will be notified by email once your return request has been reviewed and approved. The information will also be visible on the customer pages. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received a reply by the next working day.

3. Pack the product appropriately. Write the return code “654363” and “asiakaspalautus” on the package. If you are returning an order that was delivered as an insured shipment, please contact our customer service by email for more detailed instructions.

4. Take the package to Posti. Keep the tracking code you receive from Posti until you receive confirmation that the refund has been made.

5. We will process the return and issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Normally, the refund is issued on the same day. Please note that the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. If the entire order under €50 is returned, we will refund the original delivery fee up to the amount of the least expensive standard delivery method.

Please note: If you received your order as an insured shipment, we ask that you contact us regarding the return before sending it back.
